Technicians (Full-Time):
We have four different departments that utilize different skill sets; Composites Lab, Assembly, Body Work/Paint and Electronics. Many of our technicians like to work in several of the departments, enjoying the challenge of learning new skills. Others on our team prefer to perfect their skills in one department.

All technicians must:
- Have a keen attention to detail
- The ability to use small hand tools and machinery
- The ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering process specs and review documents.
- Be able to demonstrate true craftsmanship.
- Good literacy skills to be able to interpret technical manuals, engineering process specs, and be able to complete necessary paperwork tasks as required.

Composite and Assembly Technician Responsibilities will include:
- Fabrication and repair of composite parts & assemblies for aerospace applications.
- Fabrication and preparation of composite molds.
Credentials/Experience:
- Must have experience in building and/or fixing things precisely.
- Previous composite experience - both wet layup and prepreg desired.


Bodywork/Paint Technician Responsibilities will include:
- Body working and in some cases repairing composite parts & assemblies for aerospace applications.
- Preparing and painting composite and metallic structure, primarily on aviation structure. 
Credentials/Experience:
- Bodywork/Paint Technicians must have relevant experience, preferably within the aviation industry.


Electrical Technician Responsibilities will include:
- Installing electronic components & assemblies for aerospace applications.
Credentials/Experience:
- Electrical Technicians must have relevant experience, preferably within the aviation industry.

All compensation is based on experience.
